We try to keep our costs as low as possible to give you affordable care.  We also try to tell you all costs up front.  Please note these prices are subject to change.  The most commonly used services include:

• You must live in our service area (Mesa or Apache Junction) for a doctor visit.
• $47 doctor visit for one concern and $74 doctor visit for two concerns
  • Please note:  If a physical examination is not required for diagnosis and/or treatment of established patient, phone visit may be available.
  • For individuals who have insurance:  your insurance MAY cover the cost of ancillary care (medications, labs, imaging) but we do not bill insurance companies. You will be required to get a copy of the results to the doctor.  We can provide you with a fax number to help you, but we will not call them on your behalf.

  • $5 for blood glucose level
  • $15 rapid strep
    • required for suspected strep throat in children less than 12 years old
  • $15 urine test
    • required for a suspected urinary tract infection
    • if you have had more than 1 UTI in the past year, you will be required to do a culture and sensitivity urine test which requires a $91 deposit.
  • labs are required for some chronic conditions

    • the prescription of certain medications 
  • $174 wellness labs (not required to pay at the time of service)
